Type: Cross pattée with dotted texture and crossed swords between the arms
Obverse: Central medallion with Bulgarian lion and inscription “ЗА ХРАБРОСТЬ” (For Bravery), dated 1915
Reverse: Royal monogram and inscription “КНЯЗЬ НА БЪЛГАРИЯ 1879” (Prince of Bulgaria 1879)

Ribbon: Original light blue triangular ribbon with beige edge stripes
